God Is Working In You… Even When You Can’t See It Yet

It can feel like nothing is happening.

You’re doing what you know to do.

You’re spending time with God…
asking Him what He wants…
trying to be faithful with what’s in front of you.

And still…

it feels quiet.

I’ve been there.

I realized I was measuring what God was doing
by what I could see with my eyes.

I couldn’t see anything happening…

so I assumed God wasn’t doing anything.

But that wasn’t true.

God was working.

I just couldn’t see it.

He was:

  💖 Preparing my heart
  💖 Deepening my trust
  💖 Drawing me closer to Him
  💖 Teaching me to listen again

I had shifted, without realizing it.

I had started looking for results…

instead of staying close to Him.

“Why is it taking so long, Lord?”

And His answer wasn’t explanation.

It was invitation.

“Come spend time with Me… quietly.
Sit with Me and open your spirit to hear Me again.”

If you've gotten caught up comparing your life, your list, or your results to someone else…

remember this:

God created you uniquely for His purpose.

That’s always where things begin to change.

It wasn’t my circumstances that needed to change.

It was me.

He prepares you…
before He changes anything around you.

So if it feels like nothing is happening right now…

know this:

Something is happening.

You just can’t see it yet.

Instead of asking why it’s taking so long…

ask this:

“Lord… what are You doing in me right now?”

And then stay there.

Long enough to hear Him.
