clear on what needs to be done…
and still feel a weight that doesn’t quite make sense.
I’ve felt that.
I didn’t just want to do my part well.
I felt responsible for how everything turned out.
It didn’t happen all at once.
I said yes… because I cared.
I stepped in… because I knew how to make things work.
And over time…
I started carrying something I was never meant to carry.

One of the things God has been showing me lately is that I tend to judge the story before He's finished writing it.
Have you ever done that?
You look at your circumstances and assume you know how the story ends.
The door hasn't opened.
The prayer hasn't been answered.
The dream hasn't been fulfilled.
The business hasn't grown.
The relationships haven't changed.
And it's easy to conclude that nothing is happening.
