They’re struggling because their thoughts are constantly telling them:
“I’m behind.”
“I should be doing more.”
“I’m not managing my time well.”
And that’s where this really connects to guarding your thoughts.
Because if your thoughts are chaotic, your schedule will be too.

He didn’t move without asking, “Do You want me to do this?” And if the answer was yes, he followed up with, “How do You want me to do it?”
That posture of dependence and trust is something we, as modern believers, need now more than ever.
